Self-Talking: A Habit

The definition of habit by Oxford Dictionary is

A settled or regular tendency or practice, especially one that is hard to give up.

Let me concentrate on the last part of the definition and that is, hard to give up. All of us have different sort of habits. Some are good, some are bad, some are worse and some are the worst. And we grow up with all those habits. Sometimes, some habits are recommended by others which we always feel are not good because a human brain has a tendency to resist changes.
